Kristi Lyle Vanderburg, 45, resident of Columbia, TN, died Saturday, May 18, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Smith officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held at Longtown Cemetery in Crenshaw, Mississippi with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Born January 28, 1979 in Maryville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Larry Francis Vanderburg and the late Julie Beth Lyle Vanderburg. Kristi was a loving mother, and her family was the most important thing to her. She was strong willed, hardworking, and passionate, and that was shown in her work through at various roles in the Maury County community. 

She is survived by her husband, Kyle Jackson; children, Julie Madison (Ryan) Wagner, Kalep Marion Vanderburg (Elizabeth Gatlin), Keelan Matthew Jackson; brother, Eric Eugene Vanderburg; and several nieces and nephews. 

The family wishes to express their heart felt thankfulness to Dr. Messenger and all of the other providers she saw throughout the last three years.
