Video Memories of Mr. LeeMr. Leonard Ward Lee, Sr., 65, retired manager at Captain D's Restaurant in Tullahoma and resident of Lasea Road in Spring Hill, died Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at Life Care Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2p.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Burial will be in Loftin Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4 - 8p.m. at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the son of Georgia Fergurson Lee of Spring Hill and the late Jasper Ward Lee. He was a 1958 graduate of Columbia Central High School and attended Columbia State Community College. He was a member of Elks Club #686. Mr. Lee was a former employee of International Foods in Memphis. He was a member of Union Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter, Denise (Eddie) Anderson of Columbia; two sons, Leonard Ward "Bubba" Lee, Jr. of Columbia, Anthony Lee of Spring Hill; two brothers, Edward I. (Pam) Lee of Columbia, David K. (Joanne) Lee of Center Valley, PA; three sisters, Linda Solomon of Columbia, Louise Crick of Culleoka, Genie (Stephen) Harville of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Brooke Lee, Ashley Lee, Ryan Anderson; four aunts, Frances Lee, Martha Waggner, Mary Tidwell, Grace Krantz; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers will be Jeff Lee, Andy Lee, David Lee, Joseph Lee, Ronald Wayne Crick, T.J. Hendrix, Ricky Solomon and Rusty Solomon. Honorary pallbearers will be John Gilliam, Ron Moore, Sonny Love, Carmen Woods, Rayburn Jones, Clay Tidwell, Steve Tidwell, his cousins Charles Lee, Doug Lee, David Lee, Floyd Lee and James Lee, members of Union Grove Presbyterian Church and all his friends and neighbors.
