View Funeral Webcast Leroy Mason Craig, 69, former owner of Atlas Fence Company and long-time resident of Columbia, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Veterans Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with John Baker officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by Herbert Griffin American Legion Post #19. A native of Limestone County, Alabama, he was the son of the late John Leroy Craig and Nellie Mae Sims Craig. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a daughter, Shelia Craig (Ricky) Patton of Columbia; Michael (Vickey) Craig of Estill Springs; grandchildren, Heather Patton, Chelsea Patton, and Christie Craig; sisters, Lennie Gibson and Annette Dillehay of Columbia; brothers, Morris Craig and Ronnie (Patricia) Craig of Columbia and Donnie (Wanda) Craig of Culleoka; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Morris Dillehay, Jeff Dillehay, Marc Craig, Dustin Craig, Cheyenne Craig, Scott Craig, and Johnny Crafton.
