Letha Phillips Burgess

Mrs. Letha Faye Phillips Burgess, 61, resident of E. Railroad St. in Dickson, died Monday, July 9, 2007 at Horizon Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Jeremy Butt officiating. Burial will be in Morton Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Williamson County native was the daughter of the late Edward Rye Phillips and Letha Louise Johnson Phillips. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Patricia Ann Ellis, Susie Ann Burgess, Christie Lee Burgess and Billie Jo (Luis) Lopez all of Dickson; three sons, Richard Edward Conquest, Jackie Ray Burgess both of Dickson, Jeff Bomont (Dannielle) Conquest of Charlotte; four brothers, Jackie Phillips, Jimmy Phillips both of Dickson, Eddie (Pam) Phillips of Milan, Billy (Delores) Phillips of White Bluff; three sisters, Gale Hooks of Burns, Ethel (Eddie) Elliott of Dickson, Sandra (Larry) Crutcher of Spring Hill; 26 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
