MRS. LILLIAN ANDERSON Mrs. Lillian Nichols Anderson, 76, retired employee from CPS Industries and resident of Devon Drive, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 16, 2003 at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Ted Burleson, Elmer Lusk and Jack White officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to West Seventh Street Church of Christ. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Hickman County native was the daughter of the late Jasper Nichols and Amble McMeen Nichols. She was a member of West Seventh Street of Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Timothy G. "Tim" Anderson of Columbia; one son, Mike (Beverly) Anderson of Knoxville; two sisters, Jimmie (Delbert) Roder and Iola Dorton both of Centerville; two grandsons, Morgan Anderson and Chase Anderson. Pallbearers will be Hollice Mangrum, Joe Huckaby, Wayne Everett, William Carroll, Carter Hill, Allen Tilley, Tommy Hemphill and Dale Ring. Honorary pallbearers will be Andy Hunter, J.B. Long, James Putman, Tony Smith, Hollis Gilliam, Dick Stowers, Ben Hancock, Hyman Frank, Porter King, Elders and Deacons of West Seventh Street Church of Christ.
