Mrs. Lillie Bell "Susie" Rummage Cammuse, 79, beloved wife, mother and grandmother and resident of Kedron Road, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Joe Duvall, Franklin Williams and Juanita Cook officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Memorial Park. The Maury County native was the daughter of Joseph Henry Rummage and Lillie Bell Johnson Rummage. She was a homemaker and member of Brown's Chapel Church of Christ. Many were touched by her smile and laughter. To have known her was such a blessing. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, 6 months and 3 days, James Fred Cammuse of Spring Hill; two daughters, Teresa (Gary) Beard of Spring Hill, Dreama (Harold) Hazelwood of Lewisburg; one son, Jeff (Pam) Cammuse of Brentwood; and six grandchildren, Wendy Beard of Brentwood, Holly Beard of Spring Hill, Jordan Cammuse and Jessica Cammuse both of Brentwood, Ally Hazelwood and Lexy Hazelwood both of Lewisburg. She was preceded in death by six sisters, Lucille Whitley, Hazel Riggins, Almer Cammuse, Ruby Cammuse, Sarah Ruth Riggins, Gladys Counts, and two brothers, Horton Rummage and Joe L. Rummage. Pallbearers will be Jordan Cammuse, Mitchell Rummage, Jerry Parks, Harold Hazelwood, Gary Beard, Bob Bearden, Wesley Rummage and Chris Lyles. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Steve Simmons and his staff, the staff in the oncology department and skilled nursing unit at Maury Regional Hospital and the staff at Life Care Center.
