Lily Jane Cates Hutt, 54, resident of Joe Reeves Road, died Friday, January 27, 2017, at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Williamsport Baptist Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Velvis Cates and Betty Davis Cates. She was very devoted to her family and her grandchildren were the loves of her life.Mrs. Hutt was an avid Alabama football fan -Roll Tide!! Survivors include her husband whom she married August 24, 1979, Eddie Wayne Hutt of Columbia; daughters, Christy Jo Hall, Jessica Nicole Hutt, Brittney Lynn Hutt (Scott Chunn), all of Columbia; sisters, Betty Boyd (Scott Milligan) and Carol Cates, both of Columbia; grandchildren, Austin Hall, Alex Hall, Joshua Hutt, Jacob Hutt, Christian Hutt, Eli Hutt, Kamron Conner, Gracelynn Chunn, Christopher Chunn, Anna Chunn; sister-in-law, Angela Ferrell of Hokes Bluff, Alabama; brothers-in-law, Robert Dean Hutt of Hokes Bluff, Alabama; George Allen Hutt, Decaturville, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Alisha Ann Hutt; brother, Ricky Dean Cates; and mother-in-law, Barbara Ann Hedrick Hutt. Pallbearers will be Austin Hall, Alex Hall, Joshua Hutt, Jacob Hutt, Christian Hutt, Kamron Conner, Christopher Chunn, and Eli Hutt.
