Linda Faye McCullom Scott

Mrs. Linda Faye McCullom Scott, 53, resident of Stephens Road, died Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Joe Rhodes officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Monday from 2:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Pegram. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Sam McCullom and Mary Dorothy Hyle McCullom. Her husband, W. M. Scott, died March 17, 2005. Survivors include a daughter, Melissa (Chris) Clark of Mt. Joy; a son, Martin Dale (Carrie) Scott of Mt. Pleasant; four sisters, Mary Lee Dodson of Columbia, Martha Frances Wade of Jackson, Patsy Jean Smithson of Columbia, and Elizabeth Ann Estes of Columbia; a brother, Lewis Wayne McCullom of Culleoka; five grandchildren, Alexis Clark, Mercedez Clark, Kristian Clark, Ceirra Scott, and Cheyenne Scott; several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers are Donnie Fitzgerald, David Fitzgerald, Danny Fitzgerald, Tim Estes, Larry Wayne Smithson, Andy Smithson, and Michael Joe Russell. Honorary pallbearers include Dr. Cummins Couch, Dr. James Richardson, Oncology Staff at Maury Regional Hospital, John Bunch, Lewis McCullom, Chad Grissom, Fred High, Tony Thompson, Charlie Fitzgerald, and David Lee Estes.
