View Funeral WebcastMrs. Linda Joyce Riley Stanfill, 67, died Friday, October 21, 2011 at her residence on Moore Circle. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow in Godwin-Chappell Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to Harvest Share Food Pantry, 419 West Ninth Street, Columbia, TN 38401. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Fulton County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Walter Webb Riley and Robbie Lee Eakes Riley. She was married to Jasper Roy Stanfill who preceded her in death July 15, 1989. Mrs. Stanfill was a 1962 graduate of Culleoka High School. She was formerly employed as office manager at Centerstone of Columbia and 4X Supply, Inc. and was a volunteer for Maury County EMT. She was a member of Godwin-Chappell Methodist Church. Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Duane (Rene) Stanfill of Culleoka; Robin Lee (Robyn Ann) Stanfill of Cross Bridges Community; four grandchildren, Morganne Stanfill; Caitlyn Stanfill, Jasper Stanfill, Vallie Stanfill; two brothers, Wayne Terrell (Donna) Riley of Columbia; John William Riley of Culleoka; special niece, Linda Lovell; special great niece, Allison Clark; devoted friends, Sean Cloyd and Matt Bastian; friend and mentor, Barbara Wilson. Active pallbearers will be John Riley, David Lovell, Sean Cloyd, Barrow Lynn, Doug Anderson and Matt Bastian. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Rowe and John Clarke. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Tamela Prange and Kathy Becker.
