Lisa Anne Dodson, 40, resident of Santa Fe, died Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Bill McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Garden Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday after 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born July 16, 1979 in Maury County, she was the daughter of George Dodson and Annette Beard Dodson of Santa Fe. She was a graduate of Santa Fe High School Class of 1997 and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Greg (Deanna) Dodson of Santa Fe; Nephew, Garrison Dodson of Santa Fe; several cousins, aunts, and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Grover and Noveline Slaughter Beard & Bevely and Estiline Dodson Dodson. Active pallbearers will include Jason Saunders, Steven Hayes, Larry Chunn, Tim Haywood, Henry “Toot” Jones, and Tony Sowell. Honorary pallbearers will include the staff of NHC Maury Regional, staff of Maury Regional ICU, and the staff of Hospice Compassus.
