Logan Jarrett Chunn Mr. Logan Jarrett Chunn, 79, retired insulator of Local 86 in Nashville and resident of Caldwell Drive, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Carl May and Bobby Sampson officiating. Burial will be in Shires Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4 - 8p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of the late John Wesley Chunn and Ruby Wilma Jarrett Chunn. On February 7, 1953 he married Sally Betty Oliver Chunn who survives him. He served in the United States Army and was a member of Berea Church of Christ. Survivors in addition to his wife are three daughters, Debbie (Ricky) Lovell of Columbia, Janice (James) Bramlett of Murfreesboro, Ella (Kenneth) Marsh of Nashville; one son, Dennis (Brenda) Chunn of Columbia; one brother, Harold (Sally) Chunn of Waverly; one sister, Mardell (Red) Watson of North Augusta, South Carolina; twelve grandchildren, Josh Sullivan, Tracy (Sharon) Harris, Chris (LeAnn) Harris, Chance Chunn, Chase Chunn, Brannon Morton, Gene (Amy) Morton, Charlie Cecil, Chad Jones, Shawna Lovell, Dee Dee Lovell and Shelley Lovell; and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, William Eugene Hargrove and one brother, William Mayfield Chunn. Pallbearers will be Robert Sullivan, Josh Sullivan, Tracy Harris, Chris Harris, Gene Morton, Brannon Morton, Charlie Cecil and Chad Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be men of Berea Church of Christ.
