Margaret Ann McFarland Lynn

Margaret Ann McFarland Lynn, 70, retired licensed practical nurse at Maury Regional Hospital and resident of Old Lewisburg Highway, died Friday, July 11, 2008 at the home of her daughter. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Reverend Steve Swango officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Loyal Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 109 East 17th Street, Columbia 38401. She was a member of Loyal Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Lynn and her father, Wendell McFarland. Survivors include daughters, Donna Lynn of Spring Hill and Renee (Marty) Leland of Columbia; her mother, Lucille Bolton Johnson of Columbia; grandchildren, Shelby Lynn Bray and Allye Leland of Columbia; sisters, Barbara (Ralph) Jenkins of Nolensville and Marie (Troy) Bowers of Columbia; brother, Borgie (Flo) Johnson of Florida; several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers are Marty Leland, Ralph Jenkins, Troy Bowers, Borgie Johnson, Clifford Lynn, Keith Bowers, Kevin Lynn, and Charles King. Honorary pallbearers include Kurt Bowers, Gary Bowers, Mark King, Paul Jenkins, Dwayne Johnson, and Paul Johnson.
