Marie Hight Mash

Mrs. Frances Marie Hight Mash, 76, homemaker and resident of Scribners Mill Road in the Culleoka Community, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at Life Care Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Ricky Clay and Hueston Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Scribners Mill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. and Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Archie Hight and Mary Chatman Hight Young. She was a member of Scribners Mill Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband of fifty-nine years, Hubert Mash of Culleoka; one daughter, Sara Ann Mash of Culleoka; one brother, Dr. Thomas (Mary) Hight of Carthage; and several nieces and nephews, including nieces, Mary Mash and Barbara Coffee, and nephews, Timothy Hight and Thomas Hight, III. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Mash and Nettie Walker; and one brother, J. W. Hight. Pallbearers will be Jim White, Chris White, Ryan Gandee, Donnie Gandee, Zindell Murphy and Jamie Coffee. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Scribners Mill Church of Christ.
