Martha Ann Hendley Hall

Mrs. Martha Ann Hendley Hall, 71, resident of Old Sowell Mill Pike, died Monday, March 31, 2003, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Dwain Brown officiating. Burial will be in Knob Creek Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Fraser Hendley and Velma Dodson Hendley. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of fifty-four years, Jim Hall of Columbia; two sons, Andy (Pam) Hall and Wayne (Jennifer) Hall both of Columbia; one sister, Betty Vaughn of Columbia; three grandchildren, Krista Hall, James Edward Hall, William Hall all of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Hendley. Pallbearers will be Eddie Vaughn, Arthur Wentzell, Sam Andrews, Billy Andrews, Ray Hall and Bubba Cates.
