Martha Rummage Mrs. Martha Eugenia Jackson Rummage, 82, died Thursday, April 29, 2004 at her residence on Luther Sharp Road. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Greg Gwin and Dr. David Andrews officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Willie Jackson and Katie Cates Jackson. On October 2, 1942 she married James Able Rummage who survives her. She was a homemaker and member of Collegevue Church of Christ. In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Betty Carolyn (Billy) Wilson of Murfreesboro; one son, James Larry (Regina) Rummage of Columbia; two brothers, Cromer (Faye) Jackson and Dale (Tina) Jackson both of Columbia; one sister, Pauline Brown of Columbia; five grandchildren, Ricky Rummage, Pamela Kay Madison, Cathy Rummage, Sondra Kay (Tim) Hartley, Daryl (Kerrie) Wilson; two step-grandchildren, Sherry (Gibran) Naddy, Brian Story; eleven great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Daryl Wilson, Tim Hartley, Ricky Rummage, Andy Jackson, Randy Jackson, Jacob Williams and Jimmy Calahan. Honorary pallbearers will be Gordon Meade, Arthur Hanes, John Hunt, Dale Lindsey, Alvin Lunn, Donald Hensley, Archie Stoltz, Ted Ring, Ted Beaver and Hugh Stacy.
