Mary Fowler Sullivan Burnett, 83, resident of Orchard Drive in Fayetteville, died Sunday, July 6, 2008 at Donalson Health Care in Fayetteville.éFuneral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. Van Johnson officiating.é Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.é Their marriage spanned 48 years until his death August 23, 1996.éSurvivors include a daughter, Anna Boyd Burnett Noles of Fayetteville; a son, William Porter "Bill" Burnett, III of Nashville; grandchildren, Bonnie Burnett Noles of Fayetteville and William Holt Burnett of Memphis; a great-grandchild, William Holden Burnett of Alton, Illinois; several nieces and nephews.éShe was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Allen Sullivan and an aunt and uncle, Margaret Holt and Dr. D.
