Mary Anderson Nall

View Video Tribute View Funeral Webcast Mary Geraldine Anderson Nall, 71, loving mother, grandmother, and resident of Fly Road in the Santa Fe Community, died Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Tommy Fox, Vince Greer, and Bill Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Theta Baptist Cemetery. Born in Dahlonega, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Grover Anderson and Birdie Mae Eaton Anderson. She moved to Tennessee with her husband, Herman Virgil Nall, who died August 1, 2003. She was a member of Theta Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, James Herman (Crystal) Nall of Santa Fe; daughter, Shirley Jean (Darrell) Pruitt of Santa Fe; special son and daughter, Vince Vinson and Susie Shipley of Columbia; granddaughters, Shelby Lyn Pruitt, Shauna Rhea Pruitt, and Emalee Abigail Carter, all of Santa Fe; brothers, Pete (Tiny) Anderson of Gainesville, Georgia; Larry (Martha) Anderson and Jerry (Darlene) Anderson of Dahlonega, Georgia; sisters, Bessie Peters of Dahlonega, Georgia, Cora Lee (Ray) Lilly of Cumberland Furnace, and Flossie Smith of Gainesville, Georgia; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bud Anderson and brother-in-law, Richard Smith. Active pallbearers are Samuel Fox, Collie Fox, Randal Ingram, Freddie Lancaster, Robert Jennette, Carl Clarke, Keith Carter, Eric Cunningham, and Arthur Merritt. Honorary pallbearers include Ian Martin, Will Smith, Caleb Jennette, Luke Jennette, Shane Pigg, Don Jackson, and Mariah Martin.
