Mrs. Mary Lillian Kelley Westmoreland, 81, retired from Dixie Manufacturing Company, died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at her residence on Dog Creek Road in the Primm Springs Community. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. James Lundsford, Rev. Howard Alexander and Rev. Ronnie Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Santa Fe Cemetery. The family will visit with friends after 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Robert Eugene Kelley and Ethel B. Steward Kelley. She was a long-time member of the Fly Church of the Nazarene. She was married December 17, 1949 to George Tommy Westmoreland who died May 9, 1998. Survivors include three daughters, Sandra Faye (Gary) McCord of Primm Springs, Brenda Kaye (Steve) Barnes of Santa Fe and Nancy Jane Westmoreland of Primm Springs; a son, Tommy Ray Westmoreland of Primm Springs; four grandchildren, Stephanie (Capt. Chad C.) Mihalek, Bethany (Trai) Davenport; Kyle Barnes and Josh McCord; a great-grandson, Trace Davenport; two sisters, Adell Cates of Columbia and Louise Beasley of Tyler, Texas; a brother, Elmer (Sue) Kelley of Santa Fe. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mamie Westmoreland, Christine Hunt and Lillie Flowers and a brother, Preston Kelley. Active pallbearers are Randy Walters, Johnny McClanahan, Mickey Thompson, Mark Priest, Tom Long, Will Mitchell, Jeff McCaleb and Bruce Dallas. Members of Fly Church of the Nazarene will serve as honorary pallbearers.
