Matthew Corey Prince, 45, employee for Mold Busters, and resident of Columbia, died Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at his residence.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 15 2024 at 1:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Kane officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday, November 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM till 1:00 P.M the time of service at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Born May 4, 1979 in Columbia, TN, he was the son of Michael Fred Prince and Mary Janice Smallwood Prince. Corey enjoyed being outdoors, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was also a huge sports fan, loving everything about all sports. Corey was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Jaden Prince; daughter, Charleigh; brother, Chad (Jennifer) Prince; nephew, Connor Prince; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Active pallbearers will be Chad Prince, David Wantland, Terry Prince, Ray Prince, Jake Stephens and Jon Stephens.
