MRS. MATTIE SHARP Mrs. Mattie Emma Webb Sharp, 96, widow of Tommy Sharp and resident of Culleoka Highway, died Wednesday, November 6, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Kaye Nickell officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Mount Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Marshall County native was the daughter of the late Andrew Webb and Mary Frances Crawford Webb. She was a homemaker and member of Central Presbyterian Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mary (Douglas) Williams of Nashville; four sons, Jesse (Martha) Sharp of Columbia, J.C. Sharp of the Glendale Community, George (Teresa) Sharp of Pocatello, Idaho, Odell (Jane) Sharp of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great- grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Central Presbyterian Church.
