Mildred Haskins Stewart

Mrs. Mildred Louise Haskins Stewart, 69, resident of Baptist Church Road in the Culleoka Community, died Saturday, April 29, 2006 at NHC of Lewisburg. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Sonny Luttrell officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Culleoka. The family will visit with friends Monday ant Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Tom Haskins and Mary Jones Haskins. She was married May 15, 1949 to Richard Stewart who died July 7, 1999. Survivors include two daughters, Susie (Ronald) Cates and Marsha (Brandon) Waynick of Culleoka; a sister, Alice Potts of Culleoka; four grandchildren, Penny Beard, Timothy Collins, Wendy Stewart and Mandy Cates; a great-grandson, Shawn Collins; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Kelley and Frances Dickey. Pallbearers are Timothy Collins, Brandon Waynick, Ronald Cates, Roman Moore, Samuel Underwood and Jeff Martin.
