Mrs. Minnie Belle Palmer Webb Perry, 89, homemaker and former part-time employee of K-Mart, died Sunday, January 8, 2006 at her residence in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. Ricky Cotton officiating. Burial will be in the Lawrence County Memorial Gardens. Born in Decatur, Alabama, she was reared in Lawrence County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Wilburn R. Palmer and Nora Jane Townsend Palmer. She was a member of the Church of God. Survivors include four daughters, Gwen Chumbley of Columbia, Adele (Roy) Ferrell of Mt. Juliet, Judy (Fred) Nichols of Dayton and Debra (John) Bodily of Nashville; four sons, Wayne Webb of Goodlettsville, Jimmy Webb of Lebanon, Robert (Pam) Webb of Gallatin and Eddie (Sharon) Webb of Nashville; a sister, Echoe Walker of Columbia; seventeen grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Webb in 1962, and her second husband, J. W. Perry in 1994. Active pallbearers are Lee Chumbley, Steve Ferrell, Jeff Webb, Jamie Webb, Craig Nichols, Clay Bodily, Brandon Webb and Jason Carroll. Honorary pallbearers are Wayne Webb, Jimmy Webb, Robert Webb, Eddie Webb, Roy Ferrell, Fred Nichols and John Bodily.
