Morris King Givens

Morris King Givens, 86, retired employee of Monsanto, died Monday, August 26, 2019 at Life Care of Columbia. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Born January 22, 1933 in Williamson County, he was the son of the late Bennie Ewing Givens and the late Gertie Lampley Givens. He is survived by his son, Woody (Lisa) Givens of Columbia, TN; daughters, Wendy (Tim) Ritchie of Vidalia, GA, Cynthia (Gene) Gonzales of Columbia, TN; brother, Jeffery (Hazel) Givens of Franklin, TN; sister, LeJune McLean; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Dexter Ewing Givens, Alton Givens, Robert Clinton Givens; and his sister, Betty Jean Watkins.
