Mr Ronald David Venere

Mr. Ronald David "Ron" Venere, 54, employee of G.M. Spring Hill Manufacturing, died Monday, January 14, 2008 at his residence on Bigbyville Road. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Deacon Price Keller officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native was the son of the late Edward Venere and Josephine Perrone Venere. He attended St. Ann's Catholic School and was a graduate of Bristol High School in Pennsylvania. Mr. Venere was a member of U.A.W. 1853. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of thirty four years, Theresa "Terri" Schurr Venere of Columbia; two sons, Daniel (Tiffany) Venere of Columbia, Steve (Joy) Venere of Culleoka; three grandchildren, Christopher Venere, Chez Venere, Madison Venere; a sister, Mrs. Fran (Dominic) Pagliante of West Chester, PA; and a brother, Edward (Peggy) Venere of Manassas, Virginia. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
