Nancy Ann Hendrix Lemay

Mrs. Nancy Ann Hendrix LeMay, 51, former employee of River Valley Mills, died Friday, September 29, 2006, at her residence on Flag Springs Road in Giles County. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. James Moore officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late John Robert Hendrix and Willie Maude Haskins Hendrix. She was married to Jerry LeMay who preceded her in death on December 28, 2003. She was a member of Viola Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Cathy Carver of Murfreesboro; one stepdaughter, Sonya Brandon of Mt. Pleasant; one sister, Johnnie Slaughter of Columbia; one brother, Jerry Hendrix of Columbia; two grandchildren, Jade Carver and Gabriel Carver; two step grandchildren, Jessica Luna and Jason Luna; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Adam Hendrix, Donnie Chapman, Ronnie Kelley, Ricky Haskins, Rick Scott, and Johnny Richardson.
