Mr. Neil D. Primm, 83, life-long resident of Maury County, died Saturday, September 11, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital. Service arrangements are incomplete. Mr. Primm donated his body to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for anatomical research. The Maury County native was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. T. Eric Primm. He was retired from the Monsanto Company and was an avid sewer, known as "The Drapery Man." He was a member of the West Seventh Street Church of Christ. Survivors include two nephews whom he lovingly reared, Tom (Sue) Primm of Columbia and John (Cheryl) Primm of Spring Hill; two other nephews, Jack Primm, Jr. of Columbia and David Primm of St. Louis, Missouri; two nieces, Peggy Primm of Columbia and Dolly (Wayne) Henson of Columbia; five great-nieces; one great-nephew; four great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Shirley and Blanche Primm and Jack and Martha Primm; a niece and a nephew.
