Nicholas Haze “Cole” Elliott, 30, former employee of MAGNA and resident of Hilltop Drive, died Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. Born May 11, 1989, in Maury County, he is the son of Molly Beth Cothran Elliott of Columbia and Robert Lee Elliott, Jr. of Columbia. He was a 2007 graduate of Columbia Central High School. Cole loved music and enjoyed traveling. He traveled to several countries and learned to surf in Costa Rica, Central America. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family. In addition to his parents, survivors include his maternal grandmother, Hazel Lentz Cothran of Columbia; paternal grandmother, Doris Elliott of Columbia; sisters, Elizabeth (Michael) Cox, Ashton Elliott both of Columbia; step-mother, Amy Elliot of Columbia; uncles, Ken Cothran, Phil Cothran both of Columbia; aunt, Kim Brewer of Columbia; several great aunts, great uncles, and cousins, including, Tanner Cothran; and his dog, Humphrey He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William Wayne Cothran; and paternal grandfather, Robert Elliott, Sr. Active pallbearers will be Phil Cothran, Ken Cothran, Bud Byers, Marty York, Morris McNeese, Austin Towe, Maverick Dickinson, Logan Baxter, and Lt.
