Pamala Casteel Hall

Pamala Gail Casteel Hall, 48, died Thursday, October 24, 2013 at her residence on Sowell Mill Pike. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Richard VanCleave officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Springs Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com The Boone County, Illinois native was the daughter Evelyn Poole Casteel of Columbia and the late Leo Casteel of Rockford, Illinois. She was a homemaker and member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her mother survivors include a son, William Anthony Hall of Columbia; sisters, Marye (Marty) Hight and Netta Hall both of Columbia, Shelia Jones of Lavergne; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Billy, Carol and Megan Andrews; and precious dog, "Toodles". She was preceded in death by a son, James Edward Hall. Active pallbearers include Brandon Jones, Matt Campbell, Howard Robertson and members of Rock Springs Baptist Church. Members of the "Happy Is" Sunday School at Rock Springs Baptist Church will serve as Honorary pallbearers.
