Pamela Sue Fox Workman, 59, retired employee of Publix Shirt Manufacturing and resident of East Seventeenth Street, died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Dennis Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Edward C. Fox and Velma Luttrell Fox. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed the great outdoors and camping with her family and friends. Mrs. Workman loved animals and was very proud to be a farm girl. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her husband, Roger Workman of Columbia; daughter, Wendy Mae (Sam) Collins of Lewisburg; sons, Randall Mack (Rachel) Workman of Columbia; Robert Eugene (Tonya) Workman of Mt. Pleasant; brothers, Bobby (Shirley) Fox of Columbia and Michael Ray (Patsy) Fox of Culleoka; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Hanvy. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
