Patricia Rose Singer Brown, 63, died Monday, September 25, 2017 at her residence on Pulaski Highway. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 12:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Reverend Sherry Ladd officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com.Born February 20, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse Singer and the late Mary Theresa Kendro Singer. She was a 1972 graduate of Harper Woods High School. She began her career with General Motors in Michigan and then moved to Spring Hill where she retired. Mrs. Brown enjoyed crossword puzzles, and spending time the family. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life. Survivors include her son, Linell (Shitika) Brown of Columbia; brothers, Ronald (Irene) Singer of Warren, Michigan; Richard (fiancé Cindy) Singer of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; sister, Mary Singer (Brian Hatfield) of Livonia, Michigan; grandchildren, Ashanta Brown; Paris Brown; Be'jonce Brown; Nakoya Hayes; Kamaya Hayes; and nieces, Theresa Singer Masse; Allison Singer; Nicki Tomkins; and Daina Relmar.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Darrell Anthony Brown; and brother, Robert Singer.
