Mrs. Patricia Leutella Spencer Fouts, 75, resident of Vaughn Road, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Maury Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in Perry, Michigan. On June 11, 1949 she married Virgil James Fouts who preceded her in death on March 9, 1996. She was employed at Mitchell & Bentley in Michigan for several years before it closed. Mrs. Fouts loved sewing and crafts and belonged to a local sewing club in Columbia. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include five daughters, Virgilene (Ralph) Watson of Rougemont, North Carolina, Pauline (Harold) Timmer of Lansing, Michigan, Sandra (Michael) Zawislak of Morrice, Michigan, Doris (fiancée, Robert Davis) of Boaz, Alabama, Deanice (Daniel) Rose of Williamston, Michigan; special friend and companion, Roger Baley of Columbia; three sisters, Rosemary (Charles) Eldridge of Morrice, Michigan, Margaret (Clarence) Heminway of Byron, Michigan, Frances (Fred) Campbell of Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and very special friends and neighbors, Marty and Melanie Pilkinton and Reba Jo Owens. She was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Fouts and two grandchildren, Joseph Roll and Rachael Ann Sober.
