View Video TributeMrs. Patricia Fitzgerald Hargrove, 69, owner and operator of Pat's Beauty Shop and resident of Gene Fitzgerald Road, died Thursday, May 30, 2013 at NHC Columbia. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Theodore Durham officiating. Burial will follow in West Point Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered online at www.oakesandnichols.com. She was the daughter of the late Claude Ulna Fitzgerald, Sr. and Blanche Holt Fitzgerald. Her husband of forty-nine years, Joe W. "J.W." Hargrove preceded her in death on December 31, 2012. She was a member of Fairview Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Joey Hargrove (fiancée Diane Griggs) of Columbia; granddaughter, Alexie Hargrove of Columbia; step grandchildren, Charlie (Cassey) Mosley, William (Amanda) Mosley, and Brandon (Kherra) Mosley, all of Waynesboro; brother, Claude Anthony Fitzgerald of Williamsport; sisters-in-law, Ann Tomlin Fitzgerald of Williamsport and Louise Hargrove of Boston-Theta Community; nieces, Jennifer Hargrove and Dawn (Brent) Lemay, both of Columbia; nephew, David Fitzgerald of Williamsport; great nieces, Elizabeth Brown and Destini (C.J.) Gonyon; and great nephew, Dustin Fitzgerald. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ulna Eugene "Gene" Fitzgerald, Jr. Active pallbearers will be Brent Lemay, David Fitzgerald, Dustin Fitzgerald, Charlie Mosley, Brandon Mosley and William Mosley. Honorary pallbearers will be Colton Griggs, Douglas Boshers, Travis Brown, Tom Halter, Cody Truette, McDonald's Coffee Drinkers, Employees of NHC Columbia, 3rd Floor Staff of Maury Regional Medical Center, and Dr. Charles A. Ball.
