PATRICIA HILL Ms. Patricia Park Crabtree Hill, 65, realtor with Town & Country Realty and former employee of General Electric, died Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at her residence on Wahella Way. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Smith officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Mount Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Maury County Animal Shelter. The Detroit, Michigan native was the daughter of Lula Mae Park Crabtree of Columbia and the late Thomas Ralph Crabtree. She was a 1955 graduate of Central High School. In her twenty-year employment at General Electric, she was nominated for the Gerald L. Phillippe Award for community leaders who were outstanding volunteers. She was an active member and avid supporter of the Maury County Animal Shelter and also the Maury County Realtors Association. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Ms. Hill was an accomplished musician and sang with the Cathedral Singers of Nashville. Survivors in addition to her mother are one daughter, Michele (James) Lanius of Mt. Pleasant; one grandson, William Thomas Lanius of Mt. Pleasant; one sister-in-law, Betty Crabtree of Columbia; two aunts Polly Lovell and Lorena Harris both of Columbia. She was preceded in death by one brother, William F. Crabtree in 1999. Pallbearers will be Jim Rash, Tommy Stanfill, David Stanfill, Powell Ledbetter, Carl Lanius and Tommy Michael Stanfill.
