Patricia Diane "Pattie" Harlan Holt, 61, retired employee of Whitthorne Middle School Cafeteria and resident of Ashwood Drive, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at Northview Church of Christ with Steven Holt and Jeremy Butt officiating. Burial will follow in Cross Bridges Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday at Northview Church of Christ from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William Monroe "Bill" Harlan and the late Mary Lee Bell Harlan. On September 1, 1978, she married Gary Wayne Holt of Columbia. She was a 1975 graduate of Columbia Central High School and her employment at Whitthorne spanned sixteen years. God blessed her with so much love in her heart and she would always share that love with a hug. Mrs. Holt truly loved children and through babysitting for many years helped raise numerous children. She enjoyed gathering with friends to share a meal at Catfish Campus every Friday night. She also was an avid oil lamp collector. She was a member of Northview Church of Christ. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Brian Holt of Columbia; Steven (Kaycee) Holt of Hamilton, Alabama; sister, Pam (Don) Thurman of Columbia; brother, William Kenneth Harlan of Memphis; grandchildren, Alexia Holt and Ainsley Holt, both of Columbia; Jackson Holt of Hamilton, Alabama; brother-in-law, Charles (Fleeta) Holt of Culleoka; sister-in-law, Lucy Spears of Columbia; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Active pallbearers will be Kyle Thurman, Hunter Harlan, Darren Bobo, John Holt, Charles Holt, Jeffrey Kincaid, Gary Bass, Harlan Dabney, Greg Dabney, and Andy Coates. Honorary pallbearers will include staff and crew of Catfish Campus, Central High School Class of 1975, and members of Northview Church of Christ.
