Pete FauttVideo Memories of Pete Fautt Mr. Jerry Pete Fautt, 61, resident of Antioch, died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at Southern Hills Medical Center. A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday at 5:30 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Roberts officiating. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of Margaret Roberts of Columbia and the late F. Pete Fautt. He attended Columbia Central High School and was a self-employed maintenance man. Mr. Fautt served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the VFW and enjoyed NASCAR, the Tennessee Titans and University of Tennessee football. He attended the Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Shelley Cook Fautt of Antioch; two daughters, Christy Fautt of Paris, Lisa Fautt Harger of Hampshire; two sons, Michael (Christy) Fautt and Jeff Fautt both of Hampshire; three grandchildren, Jerin Fautt of Paris, Neely Fautt of Hampshire, Nicholas Harger of Hampshire; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Jan Cook of Columbia; his beloved pet "Pookie"; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
