Mr. Peter Jack Ingle, 64, retired employee of Saturn, died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at his residence on Pinehurst Dr. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Poplar Log Freewill Baptist Church in Hamilton, Alabama with Rev. Bobby Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Tree Cemetery in Hackleburg, Alabama. Hamilton Funeral Home in Hamilton, Alabama is in charge of arrangements. The Marion County, Alabama native was the son of the late Grady Howell Ingle and Aronia Purser Ingle. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a graduate of Northwest Alabama Technical School and was employed by GM for twenty-two years. He was a member of Poplar Log Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Carolyn Ann Gober Ingle of Columbia; two sons, Kevin Ingle and Barry Ingle both of Columbia; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Donnell Cairns of Port Charlotte, Florida; two grandsons, Patrick Cairns and Jonathan Cairns both of Port Charlotte, FL; two brothers, Larry (Betty) Ingle and Billy (Nell) Ingle both of Hamilton, AL; two sisters, Mayrene (Nolan) Tyler of Hamilton, AL and Martha (Larry) Norris of Brilliant, AL; mother-in-law, Verbon Gober of Hackleburg, AL; two sisters-in-law, Dottie Ingle of Hackleburg, AL and Marie Ingle of Childersburg, AL; two brothers-in-law, Johnny King of Hamilton, AL and Bobby Burks of Fulton, Mississippi; eighteen nieces and nephews, Kathy Wilbanks, JoAnn Brooks, Brenda Gough, Barbara Sella, David & Judy Ingle, Linda Baker, Sheila Hughes, Keith Gann, Robert Gann, Debra Cochran, Phillip Ingle, Brent Ingle, Jeffrey Norris, Heath Norris, Tammy Jackson, William King, Shawn Gober and Cynthia Willis; 34 great nieces and nephews; and 17 great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Leburn Ingle, James "Bud" Ingle, Bobby Ingle and two sisters, Mary Lou Burks and Earlene King. Pallbearers will be Phillip Ingle, Brent Ingle, Robert Gann, Keith Gann, Jeffrey Norris and Shawn Gober.
