Mrs. Rachel L. Denton, 75, wife of former Culleoka resident Ralph T. Denton, died Wednesday, October 17, 2007 in Hope Sound/Jupiter, Florida, where they had made their home for several years. A private family graveside service at Friendship Cemetery will be held at a later date.Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. She was past president of Jupiter Lodge 2469 Elkette's. She was past vice president of Florida Ladies of Elks. In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Rebecca, Ruth, Rhonda, Rodney, Robin; grandchildren; and three sisters-in-laws, Thelma Tallent of Savannah; Earlene Smith of Lewisburg; and Ozella Dugger of Culleoka.
