Randall "Scoot" Scott Mr. Randall "Scoot" Scott, 45, construction worker and resident of Santa Fe, died Mondayy, October 11, 2004 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30p.m. Wednesday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Tom Cox and Rev. Steve Quinn officiating. Burial will be in Santa Fe Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday after 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of Nellie Beard Scott of Santa Fe and the late Marvin E. "Monk" Scott. Survivors in addition to his mother are two sisters, Nancy Scott and Michelle Scott both of Santa Fe; two brothers, Raymond (Carolyn) Beard of Santa Fe and Hervie (Penny) Beard of Alachula, Florida; eight nieces and nephews, Nicole Scott, Cory Ashworth, Christie Kennedy, David (Patty) Beard, Josh (Carrie) Ashworth, Kimberly (Josh) Wilhelm, Lisa (John) Carter, Carolyn (Mike) Bowen; special friends, Linda Scott Luna and Shirley Mash Spencer; and special family friend, Neita Workman. Pallbearers will be Josh Ashworth, Cory Ashworth, Jerry Fitzgerald, Josh Wilhelm, Scotty Hill, Terry Hughes, David Beard and Christopher Wortham. Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Scott, Callie Wilhelm, Peyton Wilhelm, Breanna Beard, Ashley Strader, J.D.Kennedy, Ashley Kennedy, Tristan Carter, Brittany Norman and Adron Carter.
