View Video Tribute View Funeral Webcast Robert C. Andrews, 87, retired employee of Union Carbide and resident of Theta, died Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Williamson Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Sunset Hill Cemetery with Ricky Clay officiating. Military honors will be provided by Herbert Griffin American Legion Post 19. Born July 1, 1934 in Williamson County, he was the son of the late James C. Andrews and the late Fannie B. Hudgins Andrews. Mr. Andrews enjoyed farming, woodworking, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, whom he married August 11, 1959, Margaret Taylor Andrews of Theta; sons, Johnny (Wanda) Andrews of Theta; Marty (Angie) Andrews of Theta; daughter, Janet (Kent) Brumit of Theta; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and sisters, Shirley (Jerry) Oakley of Santa Fe; and Joyce Ford of Franklin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Benjamin Andrews, Ronnie Andrews, and Wayne Andrews. Active pallbearers will be Dustin Andrews, Austin Andrews, Patrick Brumit, Johnathan Kimbrough, Cameron Sims, and Devin Scott.
