Robin Charles McFall, 46, successful businessman and devoted husband and father, died Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at his farm on Zion Road. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Graymere Church of Christ with Kirk Brothers and Tim Handback officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday after 3 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Robin was born August 4, 1959, in Florence, Alabama the son of Dougal Dee McFall and Mary Walter Austin McFall of Lutts, Tennessee. He grew up in Lutts, graduated from Collinwood High School, and was baptized in Christ at Lutts Baptist Church. He lived most of his adult life in Columbia where he and his wife of 26 years, Jackie Berry McFall, owned McFall Sod Farm and McFall Sod and Seeding Contractors. He was also a cattleman and member of Tennessee Road Builders Association, Turf Grass Producers Association and Tennessee State Contractors. Robin was a devoted husband, father and friend to all. He enjoyed working hard on the sod farm and raising cattle, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughters. Robin touched the lives of all who knew him and will be forever remembered for his generosity, kindness and vibrant spirit. Survivors in addition to his parents and wife are his three daughters, Ragan, Madison and Makenzie McFall of Columbia; two sisters, Marilyn (Allan) Howard of Manchester, Patsy (Bob) Wilkinson of Oak Ridge; five brothers, Donnie McFall of Memphis, Danny (Regina) McFall and Johnny (Debbie) McFall both of Florence, AL; Gary Lynn (Lisa) McFall of Brentwood, Mark (Shelia) McFall of Lutts; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ben and Etheleen Berry of Collinwood; two sisters-in-law, Judy Montgomery and Janice (Johnny) Sinclair of Collinwood. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bobby Montgomery and sister-in-law, Becky McFall. Pallbearers will be Mike Coker, Tommy Walls, Bill Randolph, Bob Randolph, Terry Bellafant, Scooter Vick, Jon Harmon, Rafael Badillo and Kenny Halmark. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Huey, Harry Floyd, Benny Poore, Bob England, Wink Neal, Elliot Hampton, Mike Webster, Frankie Locklar, David McDonald, Brian Frazee, Dexter Roberts, Mike Floyd, Herman Rhodes, Brent Burns, David McKinnon, Terry Seagraves, Thomas Bellafant, Mario, Francisco and Felipe, all present employees of McFall Sod Farm, and his many friends.
