Ronnie Lovell Mr. Ronald Edward "Ronnie" Lovell, 54, retired president of Lovell Masonry, died Monday, July 12, 2004 at his residence on Brighton Court. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Friday, at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Jerry Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The Maury County native was the son of the late Raymond Edward Lovell and Anna Lou Russell Lovell. He was a former member of the Columbia Rotary Club, a former president of Masonry Contractors Association of America and a member of Bricklayers Union Local #5. He attended the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Diane Duvall Lovell of Columbia; one daughter, Heather (Kevin) Owen of Columbia; two sons, Ronald David (Becky) Lovell and Steven Ray (Linda) Lovell both of Culleoka; one sister, Debbie (Dennis) Dungy of Columbia; seven grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Lovell, Amber Rae Lovell, Allison Carol Clark, McKenly Caden Owen, Kannon Edward Owen, Mason David Lovell and Carson Ray Lovell. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Ray Lovell. Pallbearers will be Todd Tate, Dennis Dungy, Ricky Lovell, Kevin Owen, Larry Hubbell and Beaver Judkins. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Lovell Masonry and members of Bricklayers Union Local #5.
