Sadie Rae Loveless Anderson

Mrs. Sadie Rae "Tince" Loveless Anderson, 88, resident of Adams Avenue in Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Hidden Acres Manor. Funeral services will be conducted at Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Locust Street Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant with Brother Jim Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to service time at the church. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Joe C. Loveless, Sr. and Lula Hardin Loveless. She was married to Arch Malone "Monk" Anderson who preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Anderson was a graduate of Hay Long High School and had worked for Dr. G. C. English and Keith's Flowers. She was a licensed funeral director and embalmer and worked at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant for over forty years. She was a long-time member of the Locust Street Church of Christ. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Jacqueline Davis of Madison; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Bertha Loveless of Columbia; five nephews, Joe Loveless, III of Columbia; Gordy Loveless of Elvaston, Illinois; Perry (Catherine) Davis of Murfreesboro; Dale (Nora) Davis of Nashville; Denny (Monte) Davis of Old Hickory; one niece, Anne Davis of Madison; several great nieces and nephews; several great great nieces and nephews; one great great great niece and two great great great nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Joe C. "Buddy" Loveless, Jr. and four nephews, Donald "Tuffy" Loveless, Charlie Loveless, Michael Loveless, and Jerry Loveless. Pallbearers will be her nephews and great nephews.
