Sara Katherine Spencer Frazier

Mrs. Sara Katherine Spencer Frazier, 89, Columbia native and widow of Howard Frazier, died Saturday, April 17, 2004 in Marinette, Wisconsin. Graveside services weree conducted Tuesday, April 24, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Columbia, Tennessee with Rev. Jeff Jacob officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors were in charge of arrangements. She was the daughter of the late Marcus Spencer and Willie Biffle Spencer. Survivors include a son, Wayne Patrick (Kathleen A.) O'Connell of Traverse City, Michigan; a daughter, Patricia Ann (Dennis) Ziech of Marquette, Michigan; two grandchildren, Patrick O'Connell and Erin O'Connell; and a brother, William Spencer. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Spencer.
