MRS. SARAH LOVE Mrs. Sarah Savage Love, 81, resident of Booker Farm Road in the Hampshire Community, died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Hidden Acres Health Care. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Joe Macer officiating. Burial will be in Edwards Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Hickman County native was the daughter of the late Sam Savage and Novie Miller Savage. She was first married to James Alton Shelby who died in 1959. In 1966 she married Raymond C. Love who preceded her in death February 18, 1993. Survivors include a son, Terry (Debbie) Shelby of Hampshire; a granddaughter, Terri Lynn Shelby of Hampshire; several nephews; and special friends, Mrs. Ella Jane Hann of Columbia, Mrs. Modean Dale, Mrs. Lucinda Brown and Mrs. Gertrude Shelden all of Hampshire. Pallbearers will be Greg Dale, William Brown, Ed Brooks, Comer Brewer, Randy Baxter, Bret Herrmann and Jerry Semore. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Southpoint Church of Christ, Millard Dale, Ed Hines, Roy Cochran and the staff of Hidden Acres Health Care.
