Sheila Marie Mochrie Campbell, 71, homemaker and resident of Autumn Breeze Lane in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, died Thursday, November 9, 2017 at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Reverend Stacy Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. Born April 7, 1946 in Utica, New York, she was the daughter of the late Robert Mochrie and the late Shirley Ruder Mochrie. Mrs. Campbell loved flowers and watching hummingbirds. She was of Methodist faith.Survivors include her husband, whom she married February 14, 1988, Gable D.R. Campbell, Sr. of Soddy Daisy; daughters, Kimberly (Jim) Combs of Soddy Daisy; Angela Dee (Robert) Dexter of Hampshire; and Gerri (Hal) Corson of Columbia, South Carolina; sons, Gable "Guy" (Mary Beth) Campbell, Jr. of Soddy Daisy; Gray Campbell of Old Hickory; and Glen (Norma) Baer of Sanford, Florida; sister, Diane (Brad) Howard of Tempe, Arizona; grandchildren, Jamie Prince of Columbia; Jasmine Barnett of Columbia; Jada Barnett of Columbia; Michael (Samantha) Adams of Albertville, Alabama; Robert Earl Dexter; Seth Dexter; and Alexis Dexter; and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Genie Campbell.Active pallbearers will be Glen Baer, Gray Campbell, Michael Adams, Jim Combs, Jamie Prince, and David Perdue.
