Mrs. Shirley Elizabeth Oakley Lawrence, 66, a resident of Chipley, Florida, died Thursday, June 2, 2005 in Deland, Florida. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Chipley. Burial will be in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Wallace Baxter Oakley and Winifred T. Shouse Oakley. Survivors include two daughters, Sue Lawrence of Graceville, Florida, Tammy (Stan) Clark of Crawfordville, Florida; six sons, Randy (Annette) Lawrence of Pensacola, Florida, Lee "Jake" (Annette) Lawrence of Cottondale, Florida, Raymond (Maria) Lawrence of Davenport, Florida, Darrell (Barbara) Lawrence of Quincy, Florida, Jimmy Lawrence of Deland, Florida, Michael Lawrence of Tallahassee, Florida; five brothers, Jerry (Shirley) Oakley of Santa Fe, Jimmy Oakley of Decatur, Alabama, Larry Oakley of Cottage Park, Florida, Dean Oakley of Ozark, Alabama, Ray Neely of Tampa, Florida; three half-brothers, Edward Oakley, Allen Oakley, Danny Oakley, all of Opp, Alabama; twelve grandchildren, Sheldon Lawrence, Elizabeth Lawrence, Raeanne Lawrence, Jamie Muse, Brandi McClanahan, Rebecca Clark, Cory Clark and Edward, Freddy, Marion, Linda and Nellie Lawrence. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debora Ann Lawrence and a daughter-in-law, Cindy Lawrence.
