Video Memories of Mr. Steve Hallmark Steve Allen Hallmark, 39, welder for Kantus Corporation in Lewisburg and a resident of Greens Mill Road, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with John Vaughan and David Carnahan officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 1 Vantage Way, Suite D-200, Nashville 37228. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native attended Maury County schools, was an avid hunter, fisherman and animal lover. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his mother, Norma Fowler Hallmark Dickens of Lexington, Alabama; a daughter, Charity (Tyler) Marshall of Columbia; two grandsons, Ashton Marshall and Landon Marshall; a sister, Cindy (David) West of Columbia; a brother, Johnny (Brenda) Hallmark of Columbia; a niece, Natalie West; nephews, Matt West, Adam West, Austin Hallmark and Tanner Hallmark; several aunts, uncles and cousins in Maury County and Florence, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father, John Leon Hallmark. Active pallbearers are Matt West, Adam West, Austin Hallmark, Eric Lawson, Scotty Crawford, Matt Brandon, Ronnie Powell, Ricky White and Tyler Marshall. Kantus Corporation employees will serve as honorary pallbearers.
