Susan Farris

Miss Susan Farris, 58, former resident of Mapleash Avenue, died Sunday, January 9, 2005, at NHC Hillview. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Elmer Lusk officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday after 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Addis Farris and Irene Mann Farris. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. Survivors include one brother, Leroy (Vickie) Farris of Rockvale, Tennessee; uncle, James (Virginia) Mann of Lawrenceburg; four aunts, Lois Ryder and Norma Jean Perry, both of Toledo, Ohio; Krene (Cecil) Martin of Columbia; Mildred (C. F.) Moore of West Point, Tennessee; two nephews, Jason (Julie) Farris of Nashville; Jeffrey (Carrie) Farris of Gallatin; one niece, Elissa Farris of Smyrna; two great nephews, Liam Farris of Nashville; Lance Farris of Gallatin; and several cousins. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be nurses and staff at NHC Hillview.
