Video Tribute for Suzanne WilburnMiss Wilma Suzanne Wilburn, 50, died Monday, October 10, 2005, at the home of her parents on Harris Street. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday at Oakes & Nichols with Jim Woodroff officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Lebanon, Tennessee native was the daughter of Charles W. Wilburn and Margaret Parr Wilburn of Columbia. She was a graduate of Hillcrest High School in Memphis and Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Most of her working years were spent in Dallas, Texas where she was a member of Prestoncrest Church of Christ. More recently she worked as office manager at Agape in Nashville and attended Brentwood Hills Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she is survived by two brothers, Dr. Douglas (Beth) Wilburn of Columbia and Steve (Cheryl) Wilburn of Kingwood, Texas; one sister, Margaret Lynn Wilburn of Brentwood; two nephews, Aaron Wilburn, Neil Wilburn; and three nieces, Lauren Wilburn, Lindsey Wilburn and Kellie Wilburn. Pallbearers will be Aaron Wilburn, Neil Wilburn, Trai Meadows, Tyde Meadows, Tron Meadows and Jason Spencer.
