Sylvia Leona Bradford Adair, 69, resident of Pulaski and former longtime resident of Lewisburg, died Monday, October 9, 2017, at NHC Pulaski. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Brother Paul Woodford officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. Born February 23, 1948 in Bedford County, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Aubrey Bradford, Sr., and the late Catherine Claudia Bell Church Bradford She enjoyed working word search puzzles, playing bingo, and the many visits by her family through the years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisburg. Survivors include her sons, Charles (Tobie) Adair of Pulaski and Daryn (Lisa) Adair of Newport; sisters, Pearl Howard of Lewisburg and Frances (Donnie) Spencer of Murfreesboro; brother, Tony (Debbie) Bradford of Lewisburg; sister-in-law, Virginia Bradford of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Stormy (Alice) Reynolds, Damian Adair, Dwight Jackson, Dakota Adair, Sebastian Hale, Logan Adair; great grandchildren, Xavier Reynolds, Carson Adair, Thorian Reynolds; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Esther Biggs; and brothers, L. A. Bradford, Jr., and James Bradford. Active pallbearers will be Charles Adair, Daryn Adair, Duran Guy, Dakota Adair, Damian Adair, and Shane Wells. Honorary pallbearers will include Jimmy Bradford, Laran "Curly" Bradford, Stormy Reynolds, and Dwight Jackson. The family would like to express a special thank you to her family at NHC Pulaski.
